nSize teamed up with BerkelaarMRT to develop sensor kits for racing team Giant Sunweb. A huge difference in a cycling course can be made in descending. Analysing individual descending strategy requires accurate and stable data input from brakes, power, steering, angle of attack and precise positioning.
We’ve developed an adaptable kit with different mounts that fit perfect to the different set-ups each individual rider has. The swapping mechanism made it possible to record 24 runs of 8 individual riders with two sets in one training session. Data analysis has been developed by the TU Delft.
